ECM Customer Service

ECM Transport, LLC, a highly profitable, transportation solutions provider offering TRUCKLOAD services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Cheswick, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess the following: Excellent Communication & Organizational skills Problem solving abilities & strong typing skills with working knowledge of MS Office Internet & being able to handle high volume of calls & work in a fast paced environment.  The following Qualifications are preferred but not required: previous Customer Service experience, High volume call center experience and Transportation background.

Responsibilities include…

Handling a high volume of customer service calls & entering all information into TMW System, providing information to customers i.e. providing rate quotes; pick up & delivery information; tracking & tracing information etc.
